RESERVATION INFORMATION
All rates are discounted cash rates.  Deposit required to confirm reservation. All confirmed reservations will be held out until 5 pm unless otherwise notified. Personal checks on deposit only.  Deposits refunded if notified 14 days prior to arrival subject to one night service charge.  No refund within 2 weeks of arrival. No refund on unused days or no shows - no exceptions.  Neither unused days nor deposits are transferable to another guest or time  period.  Please note:  All reservations are subject to  confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.   This property is privately owned  and the management reserves the right   to refuse service to anyone.  Sorry, no pets please or bicycles in rooms.   All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy rate July 2 to Labor Day.  3 to 5 night minimum required during certain time periods.   These rates do not apply to groups, conventions, holidays or weekends.   Holiday & Special Event weekends - 3-4 night minimum.  Rates subject to change unless secured by advance reservation.  Add 6% sales tax and 2% tourism tax+1.85% assessment tax+3.15%=(13%) to above rates.  -   only applies to advance reservations ..
